Pine Needles - Public Reading at Episcopal Actor's Guild

On Thursday, March 5th, I read the lead role "Sam" in Pine Needles at the Guild Hall, 1 East 29th St. The reading was presented as part of a partnership between Resonance Ensemble and the Episcopal Actors Guild, in consideration for The Thomas Barbour Playwrights Award. Resonance selects three of their most promising pieces by playwrights who are doing work in line with their mission to support classically-inspired new plays, and representatives of the Guild choose one "winning" writer and award him/her a cash prize. I also took the opportunity to become a member of The Episcopal Actor's Guild which provides "charitable assistance and career support for performers of all faiths and none."
